Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: August 15, 2026
GENIUS UNITED ("we," "us," "the Platform") operates geniusunited.fun. This policy outlines what information we collect, how it is used, and how third-party advertising partners interact with our platform.
1. Information We Collect
- Basic Profile Details: Username, gender selection, and social media handles (such as Instagram).
- Gameplay & Conquest Data: Quiz level responses, completion times, score calculations, Conquest Mode rankings, rank tier, and level progression.
2. How Conquest Mode Shares Your Information
If you choose to set up your own 10 questions in Conquest Mode, any contact information you provide (email, GitHub/LinkedIn, Instagram, optional phone number) will be automatically revealed to any player who successfully solves your questions and meets your chosen pass threshold. This happens automatically as a designed feature of Conquest Mode and cannot be undone afterward. If you do not want this information shared, do not use the Set Question feature — you can still play the full game and attempt to conquer others without ever setting your own questions.
3. Third-Party Services & Google AdSense
This site uses Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to display ads based on a user's prior visits to geniusunited.fun or other web pages across the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
4. Hosting & Storage Infrastructure
Our application backend is hosted on Render, and data services are powered by Neon PostgreSQL. These third-party infrastructure providers securely store technical logs and user game data on our behalf.
5. Data Retention & Removal Requests
If you wish to request the removal of your username, Conquest scores, or profile information, please send an email directly to: karanonline3693@gmail.com.
6. Minimum Age
GENIUS UNITED is intended for users aged 16 and older. Given that Conquest Mode involves sharing contact information with other users, we do not knowingly permit use of this feature by anyone under 16. If you believe a user under this age has provided information to us, please contact us at karanonline3693@gmail.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
